Delta Gracious Givers Organization Criteria for membership"
Membership in the Delta Gracious Givers Organisation is open to all current and former members of the Jamaica Defence Force, as well as their immediate family members and friends. The organization has an application process that requires individuals to submit information for vetting. Membership applications will be reviewed and approved by the Delta Gracious Givers Organization's Executive Board of Directors. To become a member of the Delta Gracious Givers Organisation, the following requirements must be met:
Ⅰ. Members are required to pay annual dues or make regular donations to support the organisation's work
.Ⅱ. Members must attend the organisation’s Annual General Meeting each year.
Ⅲ. Members must complete and submit the official membership application form.
Ⅳ. Members are expected to mobilize support for the organization's causes through activities such as volunteering or promoting the organization's goals.
Ⅴ. Members must be willing to advocate for the organisation and help raise awareness of its work.
Ⅵ. Members have the opportunity to collectively support the organisation's cause and ensure their voices are heard.
Ⅶ. Members are expected to foster a sense of community and connection to the organisation’s mission.
Ⅷ. Members may be donors; their primary role can include fundraising through recurring donations and assisting with the organisation’s fundraising events.
IⅩ. Members must conduct themselves in accordance with the organisation’s mission, policies, and code of ethical guidelines.
X. Members will have early access to the organisation’s event tickets, voting rights, and meeting requirements at the Annual General Meeting.
XI. Members may receive newsletters, invitations to members-only events, and opportunities to participate in discussions and projects.
XII. Members can influence the organisation’s direction by voting on key issues and in the election of board members. To be eligible to vote in board elections, members must be current with their membership fees/dues."
XIV. The association reserves the right to refuse membership to person(s) who are unable to meet the requirements of the association.
